About Collective Value Creation
Development works at more than one level.
Collective Value Creation helps businesses, leaders and their people develop the capabilities required to perform, grow and create meaningful value.
Our work brings together business development, leadership development and the human capabilities behind innovation — independently where appropriate, and as an integrated development journey where greater change is required.
Why Collective Value Creation
Value is rarely created in isolation.
Sustainable value emerges through interaction — between people and organisations, leaders and teams, ideas and execution, businesses and the stakeholders they serve.
The name Collective Value Creation reflects this belief. Development is most powerful when it strengthens not only an individual capability, but the relationships, decisions and systems through which that capability creates value for others.
The goal is not development for its own sake. It is development that expands the capacity to create value.
How we work
Development that moves beyond insight.
Start with the real challenge
Development becomes meaningful when it is connected to the decisions, relationships and priorities people are already navigating.
Turn insight into action
Understanding matters, but development becomes valuable when it changes what people do.
Build capability that remains
The aim is to strengthen the judgement, confidence, systems and routines that allow people and organisations to perform without continued external dependence.
Work at the level that matters
Sometimes the constraint sits in the business. Sometimes it sits in leadership. Sometimes it sits in the beliefs and behaviours of the people expected to act. Effective development requires identifying the right level.
The Integrated Development System
Three pathways. One development system.
Collective Value Creation works across three connected areas of development. Each pathway can stand on its own, but they become especially powerful when the underlying challenge crosses more than one level.
Business Growth
Strengthen the business.
Strengthen the capability, performance and growth of the business.
Explore Business GrowthLeadership Growth
Develop the people who lead it.
Develop the clarity, capability and effectiveness of the people responsible for leading it.
Explore Leadership GrowthInnovation Capability
Develop the people who turn possibility into action.
Develop the beliefs, thinking patterns and behavioural routines that enable people to recognise opportunity and turn ideas into action.
Explore Innovation CapabilityDifferent entry points. Connected development.
A growth constraint may initially appear to be a strategy problem but ultimately involve leadership delegation. A leadership challenge may be limiting a team's willingness to experiment. An innovation challenge may require changes to organisational priorities, routines or decision-making.
Specialist capability
Ethics & Integrity
CVC also works with organisations and leaders to strengthen ethical leadership, anti-corruption capability and the practical systems that support integrity in organisations.
Ethical leadership
Strengthen judgement, ethical dialogue and the leadership behaviours that shape organisational culture.
Ethical capability
Develop the awareness, confidence and practical capability required to recognise and navigate ethically significant situations.
Integrity systems
Translate ethical intent into practical policies, controls, due diligence, reporting, response and continuous improvement.
Integrity becomes sustainable when leadership, behaviour and organisational systems reinforce one another.

Founder
Experience across business, leadership and development.
Collective Value Creation was founded by Wybrand Ganzevoort after a career spanning business strategy, operational improvement, innovation, entrepreneurial development, performance coaching and organisational development.
His work across large organisations, entrepreneurs, leaders and development programmes reinforced a consistent lesson: sustainable progress rarely comes from addressing only one part of the system.
Business models matter. Leadership matters. Mindset and behaviour matter. The challenge is knowing where development is needed most — and then helping people turn insight into action.

Our evolution
Built through practice. Refined through experience.
Collective Value Creation was established in 2014 with a focus on helping businesses and entrepreneurs strengthen performance and build sustainable capability. Over time, the work increasingly revealed that business performance could not be separated from the people responsible for leading, deciding and acting.
What began primarily through business and entrepreneurial development progressively expanded into leadership development, coaching and the human capabilities that underpin innovation. That evolution ultimately shaped the integrated development system CVC uses today.
Business & entrepreneurial development
Strengthening businesses.
CVC's early work centred on business strategy, operational improvement, entrepreneurial development and the practical capabilities required to build stronger businesses.
From business performance to people
Recognising the human dimension.
Repeatedly, the limiting factor was not only the business model, process or strategy. Progress also depended on the confidence, judgement, leadership and behaviour of the people expected to implement change.
Leadership & human capability
Developing the people behind performance.
Coaching and leadership development became an increasingly important part of the work, creating space to address how leaders think, relate, decide and translate intention into action.
An integrated development system
Bringing the pieces together.
The development of the Metapreneurial Mindset, CVC's growing work in leadership and innovation, and specialist work in ethics and integrity brought a broader development architecture into focus. Today, CVC works across Business Growth, Leadership Growth and Innovation Capability, supported by specialist capabilities where particular organisational challenges require them.
The services have evolved. The underlying purpose has remained consistent: to build capability that enables people and organisations to create greater value.
Experience & credibility
Grounded in business. Informed by development.
CVC's approach has been shaped through work with established organisations, entrepreneurs, leaders and development programmes. That breadth allows us to connect strategic and operational realities with the human capabilities required to make change happen. Our work also includes the development of ethical leadership, anti-corruption capability and practical business-integrity systems.

CVC today
Building an integrated approach to development.
Collective Value Creation today brings together business development, leadership development and innovation capability within one integrated development system, supported by specialist work in ethics and organisational integrity.
The work remains practical and human-centred: understand the challenge, identify where development is needed, create space for insight, and support the actions and routines that turn development into meaningful change.
As CVC continues to evolve, these experiences are increasingly being supported by structured assessments, development tools and digital environments that help people reflect, act and track progress beyond an individual workshop, consulting engagement or coaching conversation.
Where we are heading
Our direction is towards increasingly integrated development journeys — connecting insight, coaching, action, reflection and progress across the areas where businesses and people need to grow.
Technology can support that journey, but it does not replace the human work of thinking, deciding, experimenting, relating and acting. CVC's role is to bring these elements together in ways that strengthen lasting capability.
Stronger businesses. More capable leaders. People better equipped to turn possibility into value.
Work with CVC
Start with the challenge you are trying to solve.
Whether the need sits within the business, its leadership or the capabilities of the people expected to create change, the conversation can begin there.
